Sorrento Pizza Refund Policy

At Sorrento Pizza, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, fresh products to our customers. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.

1. Perishable Products & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your products arrive damaged, expired, or not in proper condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, let us know within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Quality Concerns: If you believe the product is not up to our usual high standards, please reach out within 24 hours of receipt with details, and we will assess the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

🚫 Change of Mind: As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders where a customer changes their mind after delivery.

🚫 Late Claims: Any issues reported after 24 hours from delivery cannot be processed due to the perishable nature of our items.

🚫 Improper Storage: We cannot offer refunds for products that have not been stored correctly (e.g., left at room temperature when refrigeration is required).

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience an issue with your order, please email us at marketing@pizzasorrento.ie with:
📌 Your order number
📌 A description of the issue
📌 Clear photos of the affected product(s)

Once we review your request, we will offer either:
✔ A replacement product, or
✔ A refund (processed within 5-7 business days)

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
